🔹 Return & Exchange Policy – Mesadic

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with Mesadic is enjoyable and satisfying. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. If this happens, we have established a return and exchange policy to support you.


General Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@mesadic.com and include your order number.

Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the process.


Step 2: Ship Your Product Back

After approval and receipt of the return address, please send the item back within 7 days according to our instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the returned item is received.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, or an exchange will be arranged.


Important Notes
  • Please contact us before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  • Returns made without prior contact or refused at delivery will not be accepted.

  • Please include “RETURN” in the subject line when contacting us.

  • Only items meeting the conditions of this policy are eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Please contact us directly before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes.


Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

If you receive a defective item, Mesadic will assist with a return or exchange.

The following situations are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Damage caused by wear, washing, alteration, or self-repair

  • Any damage caused by customer handling

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging and tags

Items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not be refunded.
Replacement or exchanged items are non-refundable.


Customer Responsibility

Mesadic is not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer error, including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Refunds cannot be issued in these cases.

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Do not send returns to the original sender’s address.
Please contact customer service for the correct return address.


Refund & Exchange Timeline

Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.

You will be notified by email when:

  • Your return is received

  • Your refund has been issued

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.
